Job Title: Head, Direct Sales

Description

• We are looking for a consummate Salesman or woman to help us expand our Direct Sales business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.


• You will identify their needs and demands and help these organizations meet their sales targets.


• You will also coordinate and support our direct sales team and ensure newly recruited Direct Sales Agents receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the recruitment of new sales agents/representatives.


• Ensures that newly recruited sales agents receive proper training to help them meet their sales targets.


• Management of the entire sales force.
